For those people who have not had any form of energy work let me give you the shpiel. "I am accessing/holding/creating an energy frequency that your body can recognize. Your energy begins to rise in response to what is happening and approaches my frequency." This is already sounding too woo woo but it is what it is.
There's a scientific concept called entrainment.
